Launched from scratch 2025 by JF and Michelle, two beef enthusiasts originally from Quebec, Our small operation is a heartfelt tribute to sustainable farming and the art of raising exceptional cattle with love and passion. JF leads the charge in nurturing our growing herd and creative vision, while Michelle infuses every aspect with what she would call "a little bit of common sense and down-to-earthness", from farm-to-table innovation to welcoming guests with genuine warmth. Together, we're building a haven where quality meets quiet beauty, far from the rush, just 15 minutes from Sylvan Lake and perfectly midway between Edmonton and Calgary.
Our family of four wouldn't be complete without our two energetic sons, Eli and Karel, who bring boundless curiosity and joy to the daily rhythm of ranch life. With their laughter (and sometimes arguments) echoing across the pastures, they remind us why we started this journey: to create lasting memories, foster a connection to nature, and pass on the values of hard work and wonder to the next generation.
